Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click
on the PayPal button next to an item that you wish to buy and follow the instructions.
We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit cards, plus Eurocard,
JCB, Switch, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards. Your order will be accepted
when the card is processed.
You may, if you prefer, send your credit card information via phone, or over the
Internet via email.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally process your order within 24 hours. Delivery will be made in
accordance to your requests.
Standard U.K delivery for items in stock will normally take 5-7 working days.
For bespoke items, delivery will normally be between 6 - 10 weeks. If there is
to be a delay with your order you will be notified via email or phone for reasons
why.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted
via PayPal. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not
held in clear text on any web site.
Our automated online payment system is provided by PayPal, one
of the longest established payment providers. PayPal uses a combination of techniques
to ensure that transactions passed are secure and trusted.

Privacy Policy
The Pine Store do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. We are committed
to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Returns Policy Faulty Goods -
If an item is faulty, or becomes faulty through normal use, please take the following
action.
For purchases under 30 days we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Phone
or email us to arrange a replacement.
For purchases over 30 days, but less than 12 months, please return the item to
the address below. After inspection we will either repair, replace or return (if
not a manufacturing fault) the item. If faulty, we will reimburse, within reason,
costs incurred for returning the item.
Please note: Refunds will only be made on faulty goods. In instances
of wrong sizing we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement/alternative,
if this is not possible a credit note will be issued for use against another purchase.
Returning an item -
Send the item to the address below with a covering note, including your name,
address and order number, explaining the action you prefer us to take.
We recommend you use a reputable courier for large items and Special Delivery
for smaller items.
We accept responsibility when we have signed a receipt for the goods.
Please note: For a product exchange, we will charge for shipping
the new item to you.
